The first release targets Zoho CRM — leads, contacts, accounts and deals. Other Zoho apps like Books or Desk are not part of the initial scope.
Does my Zoho CRM edition matter?
Zoho gates API access and some modules by edition, so what an agent can read or write follows whatever your plan and the connected user's profile already allow.
Can an agent email a Zoho lead directly?
It can draft the email with the full deal history in front of it, but sending goes through approval — Velaris does not message your prospects unattended.
