Weekend hack: a standup bot that reads GitHub + Linear and writes the update
Reads yesterday's merged PRs and moved Linear tickets, writes a 3-bullet standup, posts to Slack at 9:01. I haven't typed a standup in two weeks.

Swapped a flat SVG for a real 3D orbit + frosted glass. Runs at 60fps, no WebGL. Happy to share the CSS.

PSA: put a human approval gate on anything destructive
The pattern that's never bitten me: Tier every tool: read = auto, write = log, destructive = approve. Velaris does this by default but people override it to "go faster." Don't. The 2-second tap is the whole product.
