Popular ways to use it
Gmail + Velaris — common questions
Can a Velaris agent send email without asking me first?
No — sending is a destructive-tier action, so the reply is drafted and queued and only goes out after you tap approve. Reading, searching and drafting run automatically.
What Gmail permissions does Velaris ask for?
You grant Gmail access through Google's own consent screen, covering read, search, draft, send, label and archive. Each run gets a credential that expires when the run ends, and you can revoke the connection from your Google Account at any time.
Can Velaris delete my emails?
Archiving and labelling are reversible, logged writes you can trace back to the run that made them. Permanent deletion is destructive-tier — it never happens without an explicit tap from you.
