Salesforce
Salesforce is on the roadmap. When it lands, agents will query accounts, contacts and opportunities, enrich them with context from your email and docs, log activity, and prepare record updates for you to approve before anything writes back.
What your agents can do with Salesforce
- Query accounts, contacts and opportunities
- Summarize pipeline and deal activity
- Log calls, emails and notes
- Prepare record updates for approval

Salesforce + Velaris — common questions
Will Velaris support Salesforce custom objects?
The planned integration talks to the standard REST and SOQL APIs, so standard and custom objects are both in scope — limited to whatever the connected user can already see.
Can an agent close or delete a Salesforce opportunity?
No agent closes or deletes a record on its own. It stages the change with the reasoning behind it and a human approves before Velaris writes to Salesforce.
When will the Salesforce integration go live?
It is on the roadmap rather than shipped. HubSpot is live today, and Salesforce follows the same read-first, approve-to-write model when it arrives.
