Knowledge On the roadmap

Obsidian

Obsidian is on the roadmap. Agents will search and read the markdown in your vault, follow the links between notes, and create or append notes from research and meetings — giving your second brain a way to write back into itself.

What your agents can do with Obsidian

  • Search and read vault notes
  • Follow links between related notes
  • Create notes from research runs
  • Append summaries to daily notes

Popular ways to use it

Obsidian + Velaris — common questions

My vault is local files — how does Velaris reach it?

Through a sync target you already use, like Obsidian Sync, iCloud or a Git-backed vault. Velaris reads the markdown; it doesn't run inside the desktop app.

Will agents mangle my wikilinks and frontmatter?

No — notes are handled as plain markdown, so wikilinks, tags and YAML frontmatter survive both reads and writes.

Can an agent write my daily note for me?

Yes — a workflow can pull the day's calendar, mail and meeting transcripts and append a summary to that day's note.
