Not yet — Jira is on the roadmap, planned to cover searching and reading issues, creating and updating them, and rolling up sprint status.
Will an agent be able to transition issues or close a sprint?
Transitioning an issue will be a logged write you can trace back to the run that made it. Closing a sprint or deleting issues is irreversible enough to need your explicit approval first.
Does connecting Jira give Velaris access to my whole Atlassian account?
No — it reaches the Jira projects your account already has permission for, and nothing else in Atlassian comes with it. You can revoke access from Atlassian or from Velaris at any time.
